LeGant was a brand name used by Montgomery Ward, the American department store company during the 1970's. The QS range appeared in manual, automatic and electronic form. Some styles actually appeared in both automatic and electronic forms. Montgomery Ward contracted with European and Japanese manufacturers for all their watches. By looking at this watch in particular we can see either side of the six o'clock marker it says "Movt Japan"  this tells us the movement was produced by Seiko.

This watch features a 41mm stainless steel case, blue dial with silver hour markers, day and date windows both at 3 O'clock and a screw down crown between 2 and 3 o'clock.
